Shipping and returns

What it costs
Standard shipping is free on United States orders over $75. Below that it is a flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay. An express option is available at checkout.
How long it takes
Orders leave New York in one to two business days. You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a second one with tracking when it ships.
Where we ship
Within the United States. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Email us first and we will tell you where to send it.
If something arrives damaged
Contact us within 30 days with a photograph and we will replace it or refund it. You will not be asked to return a damaged item at your own cost.
