What happens after you send it

It reaches the practice.
Messages go to Human Medical in New York. There is no ticket queue and no outsourced support desk.

We answer during practice hours.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm. Saturday, 10am to 4pm. Eastern time.

Anything clinical goes to the doctor.
Questions about your own skin are answered by Dr. Mauer or his staff, not by the store.
